SAFE꞉ We only use DHL for insured shipping. If we have your email address, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation. This will include a DHL tracking link. You can use this to track the status of your order at any time.

Leather quality

We use high-quality, Brazilian full-grain natural leather. This is usually smooth leather, sometimes milled leather. This type of leather offers maximum comfort and has many special properties, such as breathability, insulation and durability.

We only use animal hide to produce the leather. We make sure that the animals whose raw hides we use are primarily reared for meat production. In this way, we avoid additional environmentally damaging animal husbandry. Natural leather products exclude animal breeds living in the wild or threatened with extinction.

Before tanning, we preserve and clean the hides. This is done by cooling and salting, not by using chemical preservatives. If we use surfactants and washing-active substances for cleaning, these must be biodegradable.

Where is my bag made

The bag is made in the leather processing studio of Mestre Espedito Seleiro. Leather is a natural and versatile material. No two pieces are the same. The right choice of leather and the processing according to its characteristics make the difference to products that are manufactured industrially.

Espedito Veloso de Carvalho, better known as Mestre Espedito Seleiro, is a Brazilian saddler. He has mastered the fine art of leather craftsmanship. He learnt this traditional craft from his father as a child. Today, he passes on his knowledge to younger generations.
